Our commitment

nSight Surgical aims to be usable by everyone. We design and build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target standard for both this corporate site and the investor portal.

What that means in practice

• Color contrast meeting AA minimums on every interactive surface.
• Keyboard navigation across every page and interactive control.
• Semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate, so screen readers can navigate page structure.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion user-agent preference. Mandatory for any motion in our UI.
• Forms with labelled inputs, clear error messages, and sensible focus management.

Known limitations

Accessibility is a moving target. Where we know of conformance gaps — particularly on newly shipped surfaces — we document them here and prioritize remediation. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us.

Reporting accessibility issues

Email hello@nsightsurgical.ai with the URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if applicable. We acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day and prioritize them in our engineering queue.

Standards

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We don’t claim conformance with Level AAA or with regional standards (Section 508, EN 301 549) without specific testing — if you need formal conformance documentation for procurement, please request it via sales@nsightsurgical.ai.
